Each individual may hold only one pk40 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. pk40 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending review.

By completing registration, you expressly warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pk40 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate regulatory authority.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before registering with pk40. pk40 does not warrant or represent that the Platform is legally accessible in any particular location. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
To open a pk40 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. pk40 reserves the right to verify any or all information provided at registration.
Age Verification Notice: pk40 reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold pending withdrawals until satisfactory proof of age and identity has been provided. Failure to provide documentation within 30 days will result in permanent account closure.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk40 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. pk40 shall bear no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, pk40 may at any time require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied to inactive account balances after the initial twelve-month inactivity period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
You may request closure of your pk40 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. All outstanding wagers will be settled before closure is processed. pk40 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory compliance reasons.
pk40 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
Deposits are credited to your pk40 account balance in PKR following confirmation from the payment provider. pk40 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review prior to processing. pk40 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours may experience additional processing delays.
All transactions on the pk40 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a currency conversion is required due to the nature of a payment method, the exchange rate applied will be that prevailing at the time of the transaction. pk40 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bets and wagers placed on the pk40 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. General and sport-specific rules are published in the Platform's help section. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with all applicable rules before placing any wager.
pk40 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the pk40 system and a bet reference number is issued. Technical errors or system failures that result in incorrect odds or market availability do not create binding obligations on pk40 to honour such bets at erroneous prices.
Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question. For cricket markets, results are confirmed by the relevant cricket board (e.g., PCB for Pakistan Cricket Board events). For Kabaddi markets, results are confirmed by the International Kabaddi Federation or the relevant national federation as applicable.
A bet may be declared void where: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond a defined period; an error in odds has occurred due to technical malfunction; the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or the outcome is determined by a governing body to be irregular. Voided bets are returned as stake to the player's account balance.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by pk40 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are detailed in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
pk40 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit from bonus funds (arbitrage); using automated software to exploit bonus structures; and colluding with other players. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
One Bonus Per Household: Only one welcome bonus or new-player promotion may be claimed per household, IP address, or device. Attempts to circumvent this restriction will be treated as bonus abuse under these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk40 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent exclusion and legal action:
All content on the pk40 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall Platform design — is the property of pk40 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any Platform software; or use pk40's branding or trade marks without express written consent.
pk40 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk40 will never sell your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only where required for the operation of the Platform (e.g., payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention) or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority. Your data is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk40 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
pk40's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk40 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. pk40 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Platform. Players are solely responsible for their wagering decisions.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk40 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds, or fitness for any particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change. Closing your account after an amendment has taken effect does not relieve you of obligations incurred under the prior Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk40 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to pk40's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of referral to customer support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body specified in pk40's licence documentation. The language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents pk40 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
